Nýsköpunarsjóðurinn Kría tók til starfa 1. janúar 2025
Nýsköpunarsjóðurinn Kría er sjálfstæður sjóður í eigu ríkisins og varð til við samruna Nýsköpunarsjóðs atvinnulífsins og Kríu, sprota- og nýsköpunarsjóðs. Hlutverk sjóðsins er að auka framboð fjármagns og fjármögnunarkosta fyrir sprota- og nýsköpunarfyrirtæki og auka viðnámsþrótt fjármögnunarumhverfisins. Sjóðurinn hefur jafnframt það hlutverk að hvetja, með fjárfestingum sínum, einkafjárfesta til þátttöku í fjármögnun nýsköpunar.
